Mini Van Momma’s unite….Canadian Bacon & Egg Cups!Our family favorite and the quickest and most filling breakfast!Throw a batch in the oven on Sunday night and you will have breakfast for the week!
Equipment
- Cupcake Pan (12 Cups)
Ingredients
- 12 slices Canadian Bacon
- 12 Eggs
- Sea Salt and Fresh Pepper
- Cooking Spray
- Cheese optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Spray the cupcake pan with cooking spray
- Line each cup with a piece of Canadian bacon
- Crack an egg into each cup
- Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with cheese (optional)
